AJANICS has developed solutions for Cinema and AV Rooms in partnership with Cinema Operators, Furniture Manufacturers and AV Equipment OEMS.

Our goal has been to Enhance the Cinema Viewing experience of their end consumers while enhancing efficiency in our customers’ business operations.

The solutions are a combination of Hardware and Software which get integrated into the Physical spaces inside the Cinema room.

Guests decision to visit a cinema is driven by Experience, Great Content, Schedule. We work towards improving the Guest experience inside the Cinema. This is the single biggest differentiation against competition. The experience is aimed at ensuring the Guest is always attended to when they want to.

The Cinema Call System provides buttons to let the Guest alert the Service staff from their seat. The Service staff visits the Guests. This encourages to increase F&B purchases from Guest. The Service attendance helps improve Guest experience.

The Call system is available in standalone and also Cloud based variants. We can link multiple Service executives and also screens based on either Cinema hall or Theater they are assigned to.

Seat Occupancy sensors are used to determine if a guest is present in a chair, the duration for which the chair was occupied.

Sensors for Temperature, Sound levels and Air Quality to log and audit Cinema environment.

Seating Automation solutions makes the seating especially Recliners comfortable for guests. The touch panel on the Recliner enables Guest to move Back, Lumbar, Legs and more functionality of a Recliner by a single finger touch.

The Analytics collected inform the management of Seats being occupied, Service times and SLA being done, and also time of day of service calls.

Our Seat Numbering system allows Guests to identify and walk to the right seat within the Cinema during dark.
